He looks like your typical rough and tumble American ass kicker. Leather cowboy boots, blue jeans, white wifebeater, black cowboy hat and generally a black leather vest.
Family:Age?occupation/Dead/Alive for the following: Mother/Father/Siblings/Spouses/Children
History: Caine Elias Jacobs grew up a typically normal child. He went through school not knowing a care in the world. The night of his high school graduation was when everything went to hell. His parents and him were walking home from a graduation party when they were attacked. At first they thought they were muggers. Caine realized that wasn’t the case when he saw one rip out of his father’s jugular and blood splattered everywhere. Caine tried to help his parents, but was in vain.
Next thing he knew he was waking up in a hospital bed with a broken arm and a concussion. It was that day he met his uncle for the first time. His mother never spoke of her brother and Caine never understood why. It was also then the news was broken to him that his parents were dead. The official conclusion was that a mugging went bad and they both had their throats slit. Caine’s uncle knew better…as did Caine.
From there Caine would find out why his uncle was never spoke of. His uncle was a hunter, and evidently the rest of the family saw him as a lunatic and something to forget. Caine didn’t though. Caine soaked in everything his uncle would teach him. Hatred fueled him more than anything he’d ever known. Eventually, many years later, while on a hunt Caine’s uncle was murdered. To make matters worse it was while they were hunting vampires. Caine had lost all of the family he had left.
Caine continued on, honing his craft, always learning. After several years as what would be seen as a “successful” hunter Caine followed a lead. A lead that would draw him in almost full circle. He came across a kid in his early teens that had just lost his family to supernatural causes. Caine understood how the child was feeling to a point. Caine decided to take the boy and train him. He figured that he would wind up trying to track down whatever did this whether he was ready or not, and this way at least he might stand a fighting chance.
Although Caine decided to train Charles Englund, he wasn’t the first. The first he chose to train he saw almost like a son to him. Caine hasn’t heard from him in many years though. Caine saw Englund as almost a chance at redemption due to his feelings of failure with the first. Now Caine is an old man, but still in the game. He can’t move like he used to, but that’s where an old dog learning new tricks comes in real handy.
